Return of goods and refund

RETURN OF THE PURCHASED ITEM – CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT If you have received the shipment and for any reason want to cancel the conclusion of the contract, for items ordered through the Entext Web Shop, we give you the opportunity to exercise this right within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the shipment, regulated by the Law on Consumer Protection. If you have ordered several items, the deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is calculated from the moment of receipt of each item separately. In case of unilateral termination of the contract, you have the right to exchange the ordered article for another or to have the money returned. After a period of 1 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the shipment, the consumer loses the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. In order to exercise the right to return the purchased product, the returned goods must not be damaged or worn, must not be used in external conditions. The consumer has the right to return the item, but if the item was used in an inadequate manner, i.e. the use of the item exceeded what was necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product, the consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the item. The goods to be returned must be returned in the original packaging, with an attached invoice and a completed form for unilateral termination of the contract. The declaration of unilateral termination of the contract takes legal effect from the day it is sent to the trader. In the case of unilateral termination of the contract and replacement of the item, the Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods and the costs of delivery of the new item. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods that occurs in the handling of the goods, except for the decrease in value necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The customer will be notified by email that Entext d.o.o. received a unilateral termination of the contract. If you have decided to exchange or cancel your purchase, you must inform us by calling 020 260 833 or send us an email to the address webhshop@entext.me in order to receive the necessary instructions regarding the exchange or refund. You can send the purchased product together with the necessary documentation via the courier service of your choice, to the address Entext, street Bulevar 21.maja bb, Podgorica, or we will inform the courier service about the collection. The item you ordered via the Web Shop cannot be exchanged/requested money at any of the Entext d.o.o. retail stores or sent to the addresses listed in the address book without prior contact and agreement with the operators of the Web Shop store. If you want to replace the product ordered through the Entext Web Shop, the replacement product will be sent to you within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at Entext d.o.o. or your funds will be refunded. The refund to the customer who paid with a payment card will be made to the account from which Entext d.o.o. received payment. The paid funds will be returned to Entext d.o.o. no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, and the final deadline in which the funds will be returned to the customer depends solely on the policy of the bank through which the transaction was made. In the case of unilateral termination of the contract, within 14 days (replacement or refund), the buyer must send the item that he is returning without a specified ransom to the courier service of his choice. In the case of a refund, Entext d.o.o. will refund the amount of the ordered item, while Entext d.o.o. will not refund the amount of the delivery costs borne by the customer. We really strive for delivery without any errors, but if by chance you find upon receiving the shipment that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please call us by phone within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment at the latest on 020 620 833 or send an email with your information (name, surname, phone) to the email address webshop@entext.me and describe the situation. We will inform you as soon as possible about further action.
