How do I order?
The ordering process is very simple. Ordering is done on the website in several steps. You choose the desired product and add it to the basket. Then click on the basket at the top of the page and follow the instructions on the page. Fill in all the required fields and finally click on the Confirm order button. Do I need to register to shop on the Internet store?
It is not necessary to register for shopping in the online store. You can also shop as a non-registered user, but you will need to enter some mandatory information to send and confirm the order. In addition to this option, we recommend you to register for shopping. This will create your profile where you will have access to the history of your orders, a list of desired products that you can buy in the future, you can sign up for information about activities in the online store, etc.
How to cancel an order?
If you have confirmed the order and have already received a confirmation by e-mail, the order can be canceled by contacting us at webshop@entext.me or by phone at , and then we will carry out the order cancellation procedure.
What is the minimum amount I can order?
There are no restrictions regarding the minimum amount of the basket! Order whatever you want, and for all orders over XXXEUR, delivery is free. For orders less than XXXEUR, the postage cost is XXXEUR
Is delivery possible outside of Montenegro?
Delivery of orders is possible only on the territory of Montenegro. At the moment, there is no possibility of delivering goods outside the territory of Montenegro.
How can I change my order?
If you have confirmed the order and have already received a confirmation by e-mail, it is no longer possible to change the order. If you think there was a mistake, you changed your mind, or you want to replace, remove or add a product to your order, contact us at webshop@entext.me or by phone at 020/620/833 and we will then start the process of changing the order.
How can I pay for the ordered products?
Payment can be made by bank cards once during the current purchase.
On what days is the delivery made?
Delivery is made every working day from 8 am to 4 pm. For certain larger cities, delivery is also possible on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm. Delivery in smaller places is made two to three times a week.
Can I pay for the ordered items on the website by card?
You can pay for your order using a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro payment card. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.
I forgot my password to access my account, what should I do?
You need to click on the link “Log in” in the upper right corner at the top of the page, and then the link “Forgot your password?”. After that, you need to enter the e-mail address to which you will receive a password reset link.
Can I order products as a legal entity or as a company?
If you want to shop online at ENTEXT as a legal entity, you need to send the following information to the address webshop@entext.me: company name, address, phone, giro account number, VAT and VAT. It is mandatory to submit the link of the article and the quantity for which you want us to send you an invoice.
